We hope you are satisfied with your Legend London purchase, however if you change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. 

Our Returns Portal allows you to return any unwanted items seamlessly. Go to Returns | Legend London to start your return. Once the process is complete, you will be emailed a returns label. We will happily exchange your item or issue you a refund for all or part of your order. 

You will need the email address associated with your order and your order number to make a return with us. 

 Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed following receipt of returned goods. 

Items in our outlet are non returnable for a refund, shop credit or exchange. 

 

Online Store Credit  

Online Store credit is the quickest option if you want to order another product in exchange without waiting for a refund; select the Store Credit option when registering your return online. You will receive an extra 5% credit bonus. Once your return is received and processed at the warehouse, you will instantly receive an email with your store credit code and be able to use it on our website. Please be aware Online Store Credit can only be used on our website.  

Exchanges 

Currently, we only offer exchanges to UK customers. Exchanges can be made for a different size or colour. Otherwise, we recommend opting for the Store Credit for a faster exchange option as refunds can take up to 15 business days to credit. 

Refund 

All successfully returned items in resellable condition will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 15 business days to show on your account. Store credit is the quickest option if you would like to order another product in exchange without having to wait for a refund.   

Product Condition  

Please be aware that we cannot process returned clothing which has been worn. The item must be unworn and resellable condition. Please do not remove tags. Please ensure that when you try your items on that you are not wearing strong aftershaves. It will be at our discretion as to whether the item is in a resellable condition. 

Items Purchased with the "3 for 2" Promotion

• Items purchased as part of the "3 for 2" promotion can be returned individually. However, refunds will be based on the promotional price paid.
• If you return one t-shirt, you will receive a refund of £0.
• If you return two t-shirts, you will receive a refund of the value of one t-shirt.
• If you return all three t-shirts, you will receive a refund of the value of two t-shirts

Exchanges

Skinny Fit

Is our tightest fitting jean and especially popular amongst athletes with bigger & muscular thighs. Made in our four-way soft stretch denim blend,
providing ultimate comfort, with a skin tight silhouette and a taper just above the ankle.

Slim Fit

Slightly more relaxed than the skinny fit. These jeans provide a skinny fit silhouette which tapers down the ankle forming a clean stacked finish.
This style also adopts our soft stretch denim blend for everyday comfort.

Regular

This is our most relaxed silhouette with no part strongly hugging your body. This style has a slight taper toward the leg opening to where it sits just
right and with a slight stacking. Our denim is highly prominent in this fit with less stretch and more structure

All of our products have a size guide in the description. Please refer to this for accurate sizing recommendation. Usually we recommend that our customers go with their usual waist size for our jeans as they fit true to size. But some styles differ. Our jeans sizing is calculated depending on waist size and your height.

Waist options: 28" - 38"

Skinny Fit Length options:

Short (28") – fits people up to 1.78m in height

Regular (30") – fits people between 1.79m – 1.84m

Long (32") – fits people who are 1.85m+

Slim 2.0 Fit Length options:

30" – fits people up to 1.78m in height

32" – fits people between 1.79m – 1.84m

34" – fits people who are 1.85m+

Regular Fit Length options:

32" - fits people up to 1.84cm

34" - fits people who are 1.85cm+

Legend jeans are built to last and we recommend to wash denim as little as possible in order to prevent shrinking and fading. However, When the jeans are in need of a wash, turn the jeans inside out, wash separately using cold water followed by a line dry. Always refer to the wash care label.
